I suppose I shouldn’t have been surprised by the warning letter I got when I trimmed the hedge a bit too short
Perhaps I’m just not quite extravagant enough, but that actually well could be the problem. But for the life of me, I can’t figure out what’s so bad about getting a glimpse of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment from the street, and has something happened that I just didn’t hear about? Is the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cabinet outside our homes now offensive to people? There has to be some sort of reasoning behind the rule that, in our gate community, the heating plus cooling equipment simply must not be seen! Again, maybe it’s just me, but i’m not entirely gated community folk to be honest. And I’m on record being against moving into this ritzy planned development. But when I sold our dealer, there was no way that my husband was moving anywhere else. She’s had his sights set on living here for more than a decade, but moving to this loft was a big motivation for my husband when it came to making our supplier a success. So, I’m easily not one to crush anyone’s dream much less my best friend plus partner. Still, I would have been just as happy expanding the cabin in the woods that we own. It’s pretty rustic however there is a pair of ductless heat pumps for good quality heating plus air. Still, it’s been one thing after another with this community. There are so many rules. I suppose I shouldn’t have been surprised by the warning letter I got when I trimmed the hedge a bit too short. Apparently, there is a rule about screening all heating plus cooling equipment from street view. However, it’s funny that I haven’t gotten an answer to why seeing my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component is so terrible.
