Five nights till the cooling system runs again

May 18th falls this week, and the temperature is still quite mild. The real heat won’t hit this area until the middle or end of July, and it won’t really get warm again until the middle of September when it will then start to cool off in preparation for the winter. That means we will experience approximately five months of hot weather, during which time this area will become extremely crowded around the end of July and remain so until the beginning of September when the majority of people begin to depart in order to return to their jobs and their schools. I’m going to put in more hours for them during the summer to free up a little more money for the cooling business, which is soon to be scheduled with sales of Heating and A/C. Over the next six months, I want to put some money in the bank so that I have a nice cushion in case something unexpected happens. By the end of the summer, I should be able to save about $10K because I have already saved about $4K. I will continue working as a heating and air conditioning technician for the neighborhood company. We can cut back on the work and concentrate more on the band’s songs once I have that buffer so that we can start playing more shows in bars and clubs. I want to perform tomorrow in this posh club, which has a fireplace behind the stage to create a cozy atmosphere while we entertain the audience. It must be enjoyable.
