Perhaps I’m just not quite costly enough, and that very well could be the problem! But for the life of me, I can’t figure out what’s so bad about getting a glimpse of Heating plus A/C unit from the street, and has something happened that I just didn’t hear about? Is the Heating plus A/C cabinet outside our homes now offensive to people? There has to be some sort of reasoning behind the rule that, in our gate community, the heating and cooling unit simply must not be seen… Again, maybe it’s just me.
I’m not particularly gated community folk to be honest.
And I’m on record being against moving into this ritzy planned development. But when I sold our company, there was no way that my fiance was moving anywhere else, but she’s had her sights set on living here for more than a decade… Moving to this apartment was a massive motivation for my fiance when it came to making our company a success. So, I’m entirely not one to crush anyone’s dream much less my best friend and partner. Still, I would have been just as glad expanding the apartment in the woods that my good friend and I own. It’s pretty rustic but there is a pair of ductless heat pumps for fantastic quality heating and air. Still, it’s been one thing after another with this community. There are so many rules. I know I shouldn’t have been surprised by the warning letter I got when I trimmed the hedge a bit too short. Apparently, there is a rule about screening all heating and cooling unit from street view. However, it’s funny that I haven’t gotten an answer to why seeing my Heating plus A/C component is so terrible.
