I recently replaced my kitchen, then i had laminate counters plus plywood cabinets, and the floors vs laminate plus peeling up.
The appliances were aged plus ancient.
I also didn’t like how cramped the space was. I had no countertop around my stove, which is my main work station. I didn’t like that the sink wasn’t centered on the room. The dishwasher was stuffed in a corner. I played around with my kitchen design plus figured out how to make it workable. I moved the stove over six inches to the left! My sink moved over 12 inches plus so did my dishwasher… Since the stove hardly moved, none of the electrical work was tough. I just used flexible lines plus drilled into the side of a cabinet; Easy fix. The plumbing was a bit more of a challenge, and yes, flexible hoses would have worked with the sink. I was mainly upset about the dishwasher plus messing up my drainage. I am entirely blissful that I just called in a plumber to do the job. The woman moved over my sink tepid plus cold water valves plus the plumbing for the dishwasher… She even installed those fixtures for me. It was worth every penny not messing around with stretching from the existing spots… Now everything is done the right plus professional way. My kitchen is so much better. My sink is centered on the room plus the dishwasher is where it should have been to start with. The best is that I now have two feet of countertop on my right plus a giant section on my left.
