In the real estate sector, there is consistently something for all the people! I could not agree more, and as a real estate agent, I have had my tolerable share of the less blatant requests that potential purchasers ask for when looking for a house. It goes without saying that a apartment on sale should at least meet some minimum requirements that a client would want; Lately, my purchasers have been keen on finishing plus electrical wiring, including the cooling plus heating network in the house, and this week I was showcasing an outdated townapartment that had to undergo a major renovation. The seller, a grandson to a senior army general, had to do an overhaul of the whole-home air purification. The dated air filter system plus costly duct cleaning compromised the air quality of the whole house! Previous renters could not keep up with the air purification help needed, so once they moved out, the landlord renovated the apartment plus put it up for sale, converting the traditional Heating & A/C equipment to a smart Heating & A/C system was quite a handful, however the Heating & A/C professional tasked with ensuring the air cleaner in place was the best did a wonderful task. The client in question was quite unique about the Heating & A/C being in place, so he spent quite some time testing the indoor air quality before committing to the purchase. To convince him further, he brought in an Heating & A/C contractor to authenticate the system plus check that everything was in order. It later turned out that one of his children had stayed in that unique house, plus that was why he was worried about the air purification setup. All in all, it went well, plus I made the sale. As an after-sale service, he got a one year free home repair with the purchase.
