As I’ve gotten older, I’ve had more trouble falling asleep at evening, but there are evenings when I lie awake for hours, even if I manage to fall asleep, I might wake up after a n hour or so in addition to then struggle to fall back asleep… I dislike being wide awake in the middle of the evening.
I get bored in addition to frustrated.
In the day, I feel sluggish in addition to tired. I’ve researched in addition to tried all sorts of strange methods to improve my sleep. I have a lavender spray for my pillow. I stay away from the cable in addition to kindle screen. I don’t drink coffee. I’ve invested into a sound component in addition to current pillows in addition to sheets; Nothing helps, then after lying in bed for multiple hours with insomnia, I often get up in addition to workout. I might exercise at three or four o’clock in the day. I’m blessed that I have a apartment gym that is without the rest of the house. I can blast my music in addition to run on the treadmill or jump rope without disrupting the rest of the family. I’ve found that I prefer tremendous workouts in the middle of the evening. I have so much restless energy in addition to am so angry at being awake, that I push myself harder. I know that exercise isn’t the ideal way to fall asleep. Once I’ve gotten my heart rate up in addition to am drenched in sweat, I need a shower. I don’t feel sleepy at all. However, I feel accomplished. I also know that I can sleep in longer in the day because I already completed my workout.
