I work for a local plumbing business, then i have been with the business for about ten years & have worked my way up from making dwelling call to now manager the store, however for many years my associate and I were the only plumbing business around town so business was always absolutely good, however, that changed about a year ago when a couple of other plumbing companies opened up close to us, my associate and I slowly started losing business & for a while it didn’t absolutely make a sizable difference on our bottom line.
However, in the past couple of months I have observed a sizable difference & I need to start thinking of current tactics to get business. I called a local Heating & Air Conditioning business that is in the same complex as my associate and I are to see if they wanted to trade services; The Heating & Air Conditioning professional was a little confused about what I meant, so I told him my associate and I would start recommending his Heating & Air Conditioning business to our buyers if he would start recommending our business to his Heating & Air Conditioning buyers, but once I explained everything the Heating & Air Conditioning tech transferred me to his manager & my associate and I talked on the PC for a while. I was delighted when the manager of the Heating & Air Conditioning business agreed to exchange services with me. I think this is going to be a superb partnership between my plumbing business & the Heating & Air Conditioning business next door. I absolutely hope that my associate and I start to see an increase in business absolutely soon because the last thing I want to do is have to close down the business.
