I was getting ready for all of us to sell our home but I was hoping to sell the place just the way it is. My realtor said that she was not comfortable with someone buying a home that was absolutely in need of a new roof, plumbing, and updates to the electrical. I had to work on these repairs before I wanted to put the home on this Market or even reduce the price. I did not want to lower prices at all even though I had done my diligence to ask what other houses in the area might be going for. I particularly believed that I was easily being cheated. The woman asked if I could ask for a higher price with roof updates that they particularly least and this was definitely something I could think about. The woman didn’t want for any repairs even though I knew that a new roof was going to cost a lot. This was one reason why I wanted to dump the repairs on another person because I did not want to handle any of the issues with the electrical, roofing, and also plumbing. Unfortunately the realtor did not want to list a home unless I was dropping the price or doing some repairs. I even contacted another realtor and she told me the same information. She laughed in addition she said that a new roof was necessary. The realtor also commented on our seasoned plumbing and also electric and even pointed out an additional termite problem.
