One of my best friends suffers from general anxiety disorder plus panic attacks, however she often experiences panic attacks that are so debilitating that it makes it hard to breathe.
Sometimes she is able to pinpoint what triggers the attacks, but other times it is hard for her to figure out the reason behind them… A few weeks ago, my buddy and I went to an outdoor festival.
It happened to be a entirely tepid plus humid afternoon, but my buddy and I figured as long as my buddy and I stayed hydrated my buddy and I could handle the heat. The festival had more than 2 weird vendors, loud music, people dancing, plus a period for performances. The festival was in a sizable city, so there were more than 2 people there plus it was quite crowded. My buddy and I were on line for a food truck, plus I noticed that my associate was starting to get shaky plus ancy. I asked if she was okay, plus before I knew it she was sobbing plus having a panic attack. I thought to myself that I needed to get her out of this heat plus humidity immediately. My instincts kicked in plus I looked for any businesss near us that could possibly have nice, cool A/C. I saw a hotel right near us. I told her to keep taking deep breaths plus I dragged her to the hotel lobby. As soon as my buddy and I walked in, the cool, crisp, dehumidfying A/C hit our entire bodies plus instantly made us both cooler. I sat her down on a couch in the air conditioned hotel lobby. I got her some water from the front desk. I told her to keep breathing plus that my buddy and I were safe, in A/C , plus away from people.
