If you’re anything like me, you do not appreciate when people aren’t responsible for their own actions.
I have a hard time feeling bad for anybody who causes their own complications.
It’s hard for me to sympathize with folks who make bad decisions and then want to cry about the results down the road, but frankly, I just want people to be logical and make wonderful decisions so I do not have to hear about it when everything falls apart. Recently, I was kneeling in the office when one of my co-workers walked in and started losing his mind; She was entirely bawling and it was pretty preposterous to watch. When he finally calm down and my friend and I were able to figure out what was wrong, it was even more ridiculous. I mean, who cries over A/C? The answer is, my co-worker does! On this unique morning, he was bawling his eyes out because his central a/c had failed earlier that morning. She said he had entirely no idea what to do about the cooling system and he was at his wit’s end separate from any new air temperature control at home. It was the middle of summer, so the afternoons were seriously tepid and humid. For a few moments, I entirely felt bad about his situation and wanted to assist with the broken HVAC plan… As I talked to his for longer, however, I realized that he was to blame for this entire scenario. Apparently, he had never ran tests on his A/C equipment in 10 years. She left the cooling system cranked down to 60 degrees and went out of neighborhood last week. When he returned, the A/C was hastily broken. What a surprise.
