A couple months ago my family moved in order to live in a cheaper area, which meant downsizing to a smaller house. All in all, though, it isn’t that bad. I legitimately like my room and, while the family room & laundry room may get a little cramped if many people try to be in them at once, the house’s small size still gives everyone plenty of space. As a family of four, & there being three family rooms that each have their own personal closet, it is the perfect amount, however my pal and I also have two separate bathrooms, each with their own sink, toilet, & shower, & the one connected to the largest family room even has a crucial bathtub to soak in. The bathroom separate from the big tub is rather small, which I don’t mind, however the air conditioner vent in the room has a crucial effect on the small space. There is a single vent in the room where the air from the furnace or air conditioner, depending on which is being run, is blown through. When the A/C is running it quickly cools down the small space whenever the door is closed & the surrounding tiles in the floor get honestly cold. Stepping out of the shower, soaking wet, & immediately being greeted by the blast of cold air bursting from the A/C vent can also deliver quite the shock. I’ve gone so far as to the close the air conditioner vent in there legitimately to avoid the cold that quickly builds in the small room, however regardless, the rest of the apartment is absolutely amazing, & my friend and I even have a small fenced in yard which our pets love.
