I went from my parent’s cabin to a school dorm back to my parent’s cabin for a year while I saved up the down payment for my little bungalow. I discovered that I am disappointing at dwelling service and the first year was absolutely a challenge. My grass would get almost knee high before I got around to mowing it. Once, my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system quit toiling completely because of lack of standard service. It was a fairly new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system and I had observed it having a few concerns. It didn’t seem to be toiling as well. But, I was stressed with my job and living my life and didn’t get around to getting the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit looked at. Then, one afternoon I came dwelling and it wouldn’t work at all. I called for an emergency visit from an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional and I was so embarrassed. It turns out that my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system has a safety feature where it shuts itself off to keep the motor from burning up. I hadn’t changed the air filter since I moved in! Thank goodness for that safety feature or I would be paying off a whole new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. I got absolutely lucky. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional helped me get set up with a service plan. An Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional will automatically come out twice a year to service my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. And the professional that came to my cabin also showed me how to set the calendar on my cellphone to remind me to change the filters and he provided me the web address of a company that will send me a filter once a month to remind me to change it. That’s one more thing I can mark off the dwelling service checklist.
